6 Towns Radio is delighted to announce a brand-new monthly show in partnership with Honey Box.
‘Honey Box Takeover’ will feature music from the best local musicians in North Staffordshire and will be the go-to for all local music news in our area and will be broadcast the last Thursday of every month and will also be available immediately after on 6Towns.co.uk
Honey Box is a live-streamed music programme featuring three acts per show creating a music programme streamed live from King Street Studios in Newcastle-under-Lyme and has been championing local music for seven (and counting!) seasons.
The show will bring you all of the best performances from the seven seasons, interviews with local musicians as well as insights from the team behind The Honey Box to bring you closer to the vibrant music scene here in North Staffordshire.
Talking about the exciting new partnership, station director, Dan Townley said:
“We are extremely excited that Honey Box will be coming to 6 Towns Radio and we are looking forward to seeing how this partnership grows.
“Their passion for music and musicians in this local area is clear for everybody to see – they’ve consistently been a support network for musicians and helped many to flourish.
“We’re always looking for additional local musicians to submit their music to the station and are proud to have local music as part of our daily rotation of playlists.”
